Luxury destination wedding in Veneto | Italy

Symbolic Wedding Ceremony in Veneto | Anastasia & Egor

Wedding day: 18.08.2026

For this couple, Italy became more than a wedding destination — it became part of their story.

Based in Dubai, he is an Emirates pilot and she is an artist. Their loved ones and friends travelled to Veneto from different corners of the world to share several unforgettable days immersed in the beauty, atmosphere and joy of Italy.

For Bacio Italiano, the vision was to create more than a beautiful wedding day. It was about designing an entire Italian wedding experience, where every day became another chapter of the same story — a journey filled with beauty, meaningful encounters and the timeless charm of a destination wedding in Italy.

.

A Wedding Day Among Vineyards and Olive Groves

The heart of the celebration was the wedding day itself, set within a beautifully restored historic villa surrounded by vineyards and ancient olive groves — an extraordinary setting for a luxury destination wedding in Italy.

Our approach to the styling was to preserve the natural beauty and character of the estate, while introducing a softer, more romantic sensibility. The floral design unfolded in a delicate palette of blush pink, warm cream and natural green, creating an understated yet refined atmosphere. Interwoven among the flowers were fruits in the same tonal palette, transforming the arrangements into something more organic, unexpected and subtly artistic.

Particular attention was given to the details created exclusively for the couple. The wedding menu, finished with elegant gold embossing, was conceived in a style inspired by the bride’s artistic world. It brought together refined aesthetics, the couple’s personality and the rich gastronomic traditions of the Veneto region.

For us as an Italian wedding planner, these personal touches are what transform a beautifully designed celebration into a wedding that feels entirely its own.

Following the ceremony, guests were invited to one of the most enchanting moments of the day: a Champagne tower beneath a centuries-old olive tree.

Golden sunlight filtered through the foliage, glasses caught the light, and the garden filled with the first embraces and heartfelt congratulations. For a few precious moments, everything seemed to slow down — the perfect expression of an effortless Italian dolce vita.

It was precisely this sense of beauty, conviviality and unhurried joy that made the celebration so distinctly Italian — and the kind of experience that makes one long to return to Italy, again and again.

The Flavours of Veneto

The cuisine itself became an essential part of the experience.

For the guests, we curated a menu inspired by the finest traditions of Venetian and Veneto cuisine: delicate risotto with white truffle and Parmesan, tender Venetian-style veal, freshly prepared vegetables dressed with extra virgin olive oil, and a selection of regional specialities that invited everyone to discover the authentic flavours of Veneto.

The evening concluded with a true Italian wedding classic — an elegant pasta sfoglia wedding cake, layered with delicate crema pasticcera. Light, refined and unmistakably Italian, it was the perfect final note to a celebration where every detail was designed to evoke the beauty and generosity of the region

An Italian Wedding After Dark

And, of course, an Italian wedding was never going to end too early.

As evening fell, guests gathered around the illuminated swimming pool, transforming the elegant setting into an intimate and exuberant celebration. The music grew louder, the atmosphere more carefree, and guests surrendered to the joy of the moment.

And then came the traditional finale of a young Italian wedding: the groom’s unforgettable pool plunge.

The tuxedo, crisp white shirt and all the formality of the wedding day were left at the water’s edge. From that moment on, there was nothing but laughter, dancing and the kind of spontaneous happiness that becomes a cherished memory long after the last song has ended.

It was the perfect ending to a luxury destination wedding in Italy — elegant when it mattered, beautifully personal throughout, and completely alive by the end.

But the Italian journey did not end at the villa.

The Welcome: An Italian Pasta Party

The celebration began with a warm and convivial Pasta Party — the first evening when guests from around the world finally came together under one roof.

It was an effortless introduction to the wedding weekend: freshly made pasta, Italian wine, relaxed conversation and the first toasts of the celebration. As everyone gathered, old friendships were renewed, new connections were made, and the atmosphere gradually shifted from anticipation to genuine celebration.

Simple, generous and unmistakably Italian, the evening set the tone for the days to come — a wedding experience centred not only around the couple, but around the people they love and the joy of being together in Italy.

Beyond the Wedding Day

But the Italian journey did not end at the villa.

Over the following days, we invited the guests to discover Veneto beyond the wedding venue — visiting a local olive oil mill and winery, stopping at a traditional Italian pizzeria, exploring the surrounding countryside and experiencing the region through its flavours, landscapes, traditions and simple everyday pleasures.

The experience continued through thoughtful gifts that allowed each guest to take a little piece of Veneto home with them: extra virgin olive oil from the local olive mill and beautiful keepsake palettes, handmade by the bride herself.

In this way, four days became one continuous story — from the first welcome and the Pasta Party to the wedding celebration, dancing beside the pool and the slow, sun-filled days that followed.

For us at Bacio Italiano, a destination wedding in Italy is never simply about the ceremony or a single beautiful day. It is about creating an entire Italian wedding experience — a journey shaped by places, flavours, music, people and meaningful details, each one becoming part of the shared story of the couple and their guests.

This is how a wedding becomes more than an event: it becomes a memory of Italy, created together.
